Drengsrud Venture Capital was founded by Jørgen Berner in February 2005, and registered with the Norwegian business registry www.brreg.no in March 2005.

Jørgen Berner is the chairman and sole owner of the company since its inception in 2005.

Mr.Berner has a business/finance degree from pacific Lutheran University (Seattle/USA), and has considerable experience as a business executive since graduating form the university, and since starting Drengsrud Venture Capital he has added many years of investor experience, including serving as a chairman and board memeber of different investements. Although the company is registrered in Norway, the investment outreach is global. Berner has business experience from different parts of Europe and USA, and will consider reaching out to all continents as long as the business plan has sufficient potential.
